My brother can not get hes mycloud to connect to the internet. he has now a 5g network is that the problem

Do you mean he is not able to sign in at mycloud.com ?

I just signed in and viewed both my devices.

I/m having a similar issue to the OP i can enter my password and it authenticates but it just sits there saying its signing in.

He can sign in localy but not remote 5G network

@Doazo I just tried again and this time I get a message that it is unable to sign in. Maybe they are working on the problem
