MyCloud no longer reachable outside network after being offline


I encounter the following problem: the MyCloud is perfectly reachable in my own network but no longer outside this network. So I can no longer reach the device from another location via mycloud webaccess. The problems started after the network went offline for quite some time.

Reconfiguring the device doesnt work - //wdmycloudmirror gives a blank page.

Anybody familiar with this problem - and of its solution?

Have you try accessing the unit from multiple outside networks? if not, please try that. It could be a firewall blocking the connection.

Also, you can try resetting the unit or disabling and enabling the remote access.
