Hi Support,

Help is needed as I appreciate it.
Just connected MyCloud Mirror. Web login into Mycloud Mirror device no issue but I simply cannot login into MyCloud Mirror device through my Mycloud Mirror desktop app. May I know where can I find my device activation code ? Or if I login through this web link asked me for my device code 9 digits (My Cloud Home).

Please kindly advice.

You may want to see the dedicated subforum for the My Cloud Mirror. This subforum (My Cloud) is generally for the single bay My Cloud device which is a different product than the My Cloud Mirror.

I believe the activation code is for the My Cloud Home product NOT the My Cloud line of products. For My Cloud users they would access the My Cloud portal, NOT the My Cloud Home portal.
