MyCloud Mirror Gen 2 - not sending data

My problem is that I am unable to access our MyCloud. It is not accessible on the local network or through the web interface.

I have reset the device with the 40 second reset. I have rebooted the router.

Checking the router I found that it recognized a device is plugged in to that port. However it had sent packets to the MyCloud, but the MyCloud had not sent any back.
The lights on the front of the drive are all blue, and the lights where the network cable plugs in are green and blinky, as if they are working. So it appears that the drive may think all systems are go, but in fact it is not sending any data.

Does anyone have any ideas how to proceed? Thanks in advance for any help.
