Hi Support,

Help is needed as I appreciate it.
Just connected MyCloud Mirror. Web login into Mycloud Mirror device no issue but I simply cannot login into MyCloud Mirror device through my Mycloud Mirror desktop app. May I know where can I find my device activation code ? Or if I login through this web link asked me for my device code 9 digits (My Cloud Home).

Please kindly advice.

that link is for the My Cloud Home device not a My Cloud device. If you want to log into your My Cloud mirror go to mycloud.com and on the right side choose “Sign Into My Cloud”

Fyi, this issue I have already resolved it myself but may I know how can I create WDMyCloud.com login email address password for my admin account ?

i am not familiar with wdmycloud.com if you are referring to mycloud.com you will need to turn on cloud access in the dashboard and then configure an email for the users you want to have cloud access.

there are a lot of instructions for this on the wd support site. check that out it will probably help.
