I need some help here !

My Mycloud is connected to my network through a ethernet switch,

but the Installationssoftware can’t find it in the network even if i turn off the Firewall.

It’s the 3 TB Version, the Internet Router is the  LTE Speedport 2, it’s a Netgear 5 Port Switch

My PC has Windows 8.1

What is the status of the front light & the 2 by the ethernet cable?

is your router set as a DHCP server?
