I have tried to sign in and it says that there are too many attempts to sign. But it doesnt give any option of how to re-set.
please help

You should try below link in order to reset My Cloud Home.

Note: Performing a “System Erase” on a My Cloud Home or Duo is “Data Destructive”. This process cannot be undone and requires the My Cloud Home to be connected to the internet. Failure to have the unit connected to the internet will result in a failed System Erase process.

This does not remove your device user account. Only the guest accounts and
ONLY THE DATA.
