MyCloud Home - Windows 10, 61bit system. Cant log in WD Discovery, does not show up on my Network either. Can only acsess public files with computer.

Tried to re install, re boot device. Its brand new so i have no problem to restore to factory settings. Done it two times, no diffrense. Still same problem. I can accsess from my Discovery in my Mac but not my computer with windows 10.

did you enable SMB services on your Windows computer?

Yes sir, does not work.

did you try with it’s IP like \192.xxx.xxx.xxx\ on the search menu of your computer?

yes that does not work either with mycloudhome. Only with mycloud.
i get this message up when i try it: {“key”:“notFound”,“message”:“Not Found”} on web page.

In search for computer i come in again in public folder only.
