Hi,
I have new WD I cloud home, on Windows, and have a usb memory device attached to it. There is much data on the device.
- The desktop browser, (WD Discovery) doesnt show the device at all. Should I be able to see it and its data?
- The web browser app (on Chrome) recognizes the USB device, and offers to copy to and from it, (theres a button to do that), but I cant actually see the data on the USB. should I be able to see the data
