MyCloud Home Time Out Issues

Unable to access my MyCloud Home device the past 2 weeks.

Whether I try and access it via the Mycloud.com website or locally on my Mac via the WD Discovery app or via the Iphone app I get an error “This operation could not be completed due to timeout”

My internet connection is a solid fibre 50-100 mbps connection. Any advice from anyone how I can access my files to back them up to a more reliable device?
