I use a My Cloud Home for a veterans charity to keep all of our data and information. For the last 2 days, it has shown as offline. I have tried resetting it, unplugging it but to no avail. The white light doesnt blink when it is plugged back in. Please tell me how to get it up and running again without losing everything that is on it…I am desperate now!!!
Same problem here except I bought it 2 days ago and it never stayed online more than 2 hours…
The device is online on my local network (ping ok, see it in Files Explorer but cannot access my files anymore)
Have you tried rebooting the router ? Sometimes the My Cloud isn’t the problem.
Yes i did reboot the router.
I am also facing the issue that MyCloud Home is appearing Offline. Checking http://status.mycloud.com/ it seems that the service is currently down, can anybody confirm this?
