MyCloud Home Not Showing on Router as uPNP


I have recently purchased a second MyCloud Home Device that I have connected onto my network. The web interface works fine. I am using WD Discovery on Mac. However I have noticed that the support there is disappearing soon, so I have tried to set the device up to use uPNP like the first device.

The drive has been set up into its own port on the router, and has a static IP. I have configured the port forwarding on my router, however, I am not able to connect to it with uPNP to use the mac SMB connection.

It seems like the device is stuck in Relay mode for no reason.

Does anyone have any ideas? I have spoken to my ISP and they have said they can not support 3rd party devices, typical.

There doesnt seem to be anything out there about connecting a second device.
