okay the issue keeps coming back . everytime i try to open mycloud home it ether freezes or when i open a folder it is blank! i have to restarted the computer by holding down the power botton. the support team was not helpful. how can i fix this ? this is the worst product i ever own!
The My Cloud Home is a different device with different features an options than the single bay/single drive My Cloud. See the dedicated subforum for the My Cloud Home where people more knowledgeable with that device may be able to assist. One can also use the forum search feature, magnifying glass icon upper right, to search for similar past discussions to your issue.
