MyCloud Home device can be ping'ed but no open ports

My MyCloud home device stopped working all of a sudden. It appears to be offline on both the WD app on my phone and the web app. The ethernet connection works properly since it is still registered with my router’s DHCP service and got assigned an IP address. I can ping the IP address and it replied all the pings, but when I do a port scan on that address there’s simply no open port at all. I tried resetting the dice using the pinhole button to no effect. Any suggestions for a solution?
