MYCloud Home bottom Lan light is off No Connectivity

Mycloud home 4tb was working fine but for the last three days it is shown as off line. the upper Lan light (green, at rear) is blinking but bottom light is off. Similarly, the name of mycloud name is also not shown in DHCP whereas its MAC no and IP address is visible

in router. Any solution please.

As there is no light on bottom ethernet port, this signifies that there is no proper internet access. You can try to check with another ethernet cable or internet source.
