MyCloud Home - Admin Control

Hi guys…

after moving the cloud home from one location to another, first, I unable to access the file from finder and only able to access trough web. Unfortunately, I cant delete, move, rename, or upload file from the web, and only can read the file.

So, I did 4 second reset (power off) and restart it back. Now I can access from finder, can delete or move or upload file, but I notice I have lost admin control such as adding user, changing the cloud name, rebooting from the setting, etc.

Anyone able to solve this problems? Million thanks.
