Just got a new Mycloud home. Uploaded new app.
I need some advice I can’t seem to play any movies on my VLC app. Doesn’t register anything attached to my hub.
Do I need to do something for the cloud home device for my hud to pick it Up?
Any help with be highly appreciated.

The My Cloud Home is a different device than the My Cloud line. It does not support OS5 either (the subject of this subforum). There is a specific support subforum for the My Cloud Home device.
