MyCloud : generated link to the file doesn't work

after paste a link to web browser it  says : 404 error… :frowning:

The WD is online - i can connect it by mobile or pc but when generating link it doesn’t work.

HTTP Status 404 - TCP relay failed - address for target domain not found

type  Status report

message  TCP relay failed - address for target domain not found

description  The requested resource (TCP relay failed - address for target domain not found) is not available.

problem solved… it works… don’t know what was wrong, reboot helped.

edit… and again… don’t work :frowning: don’t know why… any idea ? wd says that cloud is connected.
