MyCloud failed to connect on 1 of 3 computers

I have 3 Mac computers I use to access the MyCloud drive (1 iMac and 2MacAirs). It works perfectly on the iMac and 1 of the MacAirs but fails to connect all of the sudden on the 2nd MacAir. I can see the MyCloud device in my Shared Devices in Finder, but I cannot connect anymore. I also attempted to access it through the desktop application, but it also fails to connect on the same MacAir. Again, it works on the other 2 computers and used to work on the 3rd, but no longer and after using it for only 2 weeks.
