MyCloud EX4 Flashing Blue Light

My EX-4 has had the blue light flashing for two days now. I have a lot of files. I don’t think it should be taking this long.

How long should I wait before I do something?

What should I do?

I tried to connect the drive to my laptop using a HD/USB connector. No files showed up. I read to use a Linux setup? How do I do that?

There could be multiple reasons for the blue flashing light on the My Cloud EX-4. Please try restarting the device and also changing the ethernet cable and ethernet ports on the router. If the issue persists, Please contact our support team.
