MyCloud ex2 ultra slow network speeds

I have a regular MyCloud 8TB and disabled indexing roughly when I purchased the drive with these steps.

turn off these scanning processes at least temporarily
/etc/init.d/wdmcserverd stop
/etc/init.d/wdphotodbmergerd stop
 
or permenatly
update-rc.d wdphotodbmergerd disable
update-rc.d wdmcserverd disable

before the upgrade to OS5 however I recently purchased a MyCloud ex2 Ultra 16TB with OS5 and I cannot find out how to disable on this device with these steps and the latest guide is from 2014.

any idea how i can do something similar in OS5?
