MyCloud EX2 Ultra OS5 frequently goes offline

MyCloud EX2 Ultra does not know why after upgrading to OS5, the remote access will go offline for a while, and then it will go online again after 1 to 2 minutes. It can’t be operated for a long time at all, and the speed is very slow. OS3 has not had this situation. How to solve it.

@kyomax24 Your unit could still be Indexing or Generating Previews for existing content which means memory, cpu and or load average would be higher.
