MyCloud EX2 Ultra fails to email Cloud Access to Users

My new MyCloud EX2 Ultra, unlike my older MyCloud device, will not email when I add Users and “resend” via the Cloud Access page. I have contacted WD Support multiple times but still am having issues. My older MyCloud storage device did not have these issues. Hopefully there will be an update to cure this problem. Does anyone have any solutions?? I have tried to delete and re-add the user, but an email to that user still fails to send??
