MyCloud Ex2 Ultra 12 TB is giving me a warning. Volume 1 has 6 TB. Where did the other 6 TB go?

Is it set up as RAID storage ? If you have 2x 6TB drives and they are mirrored, you will only have 6TB.

Really need bit more info to help.

It is setup as RAID storage. It says Volume_1 RAID 1 When I installed this, I guess that I did not fully understand the instructions. So, it only set up the 6 TB and the other 6 TB is in limbo. I hope that I can fix this without loosing all my data files. I have 5.94 TB used. Thanks
