MyCloud EX2 login timeout error

When I try to login to my dashboard I get a “login timeout error” Why is this?

I have an ex4100 with a 2.41.116 firmware on OS3 and I’m also getting the time out seconds after the display shows data. No chance to interact at all.

I found that this is just a bug on the software/H/W. Just make sure you press the power button, it will show shutting down, but never does, Thanks WD.

Then wait a few minutes before unplugging the power at the back and then wait a few hours before plugging back in. Always resolves this issue, may need a couple of tries, but I’m concerned about what it is doing to my HDD WD RED’s, fix this WD, your support ■■■■■.
