My setting for the Cloud Service is disable.

Any new mobile device from LAN trying to add my EX2 using WD My Cloud app for the first time, 

the Cloud Service will auto enable the service from the setting. (It will not enable the Cloud Service if the mobile already added EX2 before)

Any solution to avoid this happen?

Hello,

You should be able to turn off cloud service off for the entire device. See page # 112 of the user’s manual for more info.

Uhm, he did disable the cloud service, nothing much else to see in the manual.

I would like to know more about this and how to avoid this. (maybe firmware update?)

Ofcause I can turn off the cloud service, the problem is it will auto enble as I mentions above.
