MyCloud Duo Desktop Icon disappeared off my Mac

App is now launched from WD website. When I sign-in on the desktop app, message comes up “MyCloud is having trouble connecting to the server. Check your internet connection and try again.” My Internet is active and strong. It is very difficult to work with my files from the WD cloud. How can I get the desktop icon back up?
