Unable to download any files form MyCloud to my Android device. I select the file or directory of files and select the download icon and then nothing happens. I have validated the files will fit on my SD card but no indication of success or failure. How can I access, i.e. download, my files, pictures, music to my Android device?
Using any decent file manager app that connects via SMB?
Local access. Not that I’d suggest remote access for bulk transfer.
I dont think it’s possible to get the MyCloud app to download to anything other than the ‘internal memory’; there’s no setting for download location that I can find. I have successfully downloaded to that location, though, locally and remotely.
