MYcloud don't recognize password

Hi,
Under Admin, i create a new user, with mail adress and password. I close the admin cession. When i go to connect, i enter the email adress and password i just created and i have the message “email or password error” ?? So i enter forgotten password and i’m still waiting for email to create new password …
I checked in trash, social media, spams and nothing. So i came on this forum to see if someone may have a solution.

This OK. No problem to create a new account. It after that problems appear. When i want to connect to this account. First the password is not recognized and second if i clic on forgot password i never receive any email …
