MyCloud Customer No Service

I am 100% visually impaired. Evidently the WD MyCloud app is not compatible with “Voice Over”. After spending over an hour on the phone with support (not including the hours  I  spent on the website), it was determined that WD customer support didn’t have a clue. I’m not sure they even knew what voice over is! They informed us that they do not have to be ADA (American’s with Disabilities Act) compliant. They also insisted that it is an Apple issue with the iphone app and not their responsibility ( even though they created the app).  If I could give 0 stars for the company , itself, I would! I will NEVER buy a Western Digital product ever again!
