I can’t get into MyCloud.com, every time that I sign in it’s what it says Sign in and nothing else. Someone knows why?

So when you enter your credentials, then it took you back to the sign in page ?
What browser/version are you using? Have you tried with a different PC and/or browser?
I use mozilla firefox. I just tried on explorer and it work fine. Thanks Great_Scott. One thing though, I don’t want to use Explorer.
