Mycloud.com will not accept my login id

my cloud.com shows that I do not have a valid email address in their database. And when I set up additional users in My cloud mirror when I create a new user and specify a new user all the error window says is “undefined”

Try to click on forgot password to see if by doing this you can have remote access working properly.
