MyCloud.com not working from PC browser

Hi there !

I’m using a MBL and I set up the MyCloud options to access my data from anywhere.
It’s working from the android app but not from a computer browser (I tried all)
it seems to endlessly load and nothing happens…

what could I do ?

Hello Elianora,

Unfortunately, MBL has come under legacy devices which are no longer covered under device software support lifecycle. And due to security issues, WD does not recommend accessing the MBL over the remote network.
