Mycloud Cloud Access from outside network is not working from two days

From two days we are facing login issue remotely from mycloud.com.
when i try to login from my local network its work.
i try different browser but the issue is same.
i am using Mycloud PR4100.
can any one have same issue.
is it from mycloud server issue?
please help me.

I recognized the same problem since 08/21.

After some research i came across the SSL-Security-Certificate which isnt valid anymore since the 08/21.

Using your webbroser you will be able to accept the invalid certificate and use the non-secure way to access your data.

The APP will only work again if WD will renew their SSL-certificate.

Open a supportticket is the only thing we can do to have WD to renew the certificate in time…
