MyCloud Backup Issues (non-existent folders)

Hello Forum!

When My Cloud backs up a safepoint to my external harddrive, for some reason it creates folders that don’t seem to exist. Those folders existed once, a long time ago, however have been deleted and are nowhere to be found. The only place they are ever seen is when they magically appear as part of the backed up files. How do I permanently get rid of this issue?
