Hi,

I just installed WD MyCloud app and I can see TimeMachineBackup and SmartWare folders but it’s supossed the app does not alow access to this folders, what is wrong?

The iOS and WD MyCloud app are the latest versions

I can see the folders on my phone (Sony Xperia E5) at all times. They just refuse to grant access.
