MyCloud App Connectivity Issue w/Ex4100

I am having the following issue, which has stumped me for months. The Mycloud Mobile app has stopped working when I try to connect to the EX4100 from outside the local network. I do have a “router behind router” setup; however, the ISP router is in bridge mode. I’ve noticed the Mycloud website is also not able to access the EX4100 outside the local network. The only workaround has been for us to power cycle the EX4100, which “magically” resumes functionality of the Mycloud mobile app. I have noticed that mycloud.com and the Mycloud app working at the same time are not in tandem. Sometimes the app works when the website does not and vice versa. I am out of ideas. It used to work correctly a year ago. Does anyone have any ideas or faced a similar issue? Multiple employees are having this issue. It does not work for anyone anymore!
