MyCloud Android app just doesn't work I guess?

Galaxy Note 5. When I first installed and ran this app it uploaded all pictures and videos I had on my phone. Now when I download or take a new picture, it does nothing. Evidently the “sync period” means absolutely nothing because whether it’s 3 minutes or 30 minutes, the new pictures never get uploaded. Am I missing something? I see a lot of complaints about this so you’d think it would be fixed.

Are you running your My Cloud in relay mode rather than uPNP (port forwarding)?
Mycloud.com was down for a bit, so it may have broken your connection. Did you try to fix it by restarting your phone?

Port forwarding, the connection to the mobile app is fine because I can browse all my shares. Restarted the phone several times, nothing.

I would recommend contacting WD Support then. The support team knows more than I do about this. Sorry I couldn’t help more.
