Mycloud android app does shows the wrong picture

I am having issues with mycloud app. When i press the picture i want to enlarge, another picture shows instead. is there any solution for this problem.

Hi,

You can delete the app and reinstall the latest version of the app. Ensure the My Cloud firmware is up to date.

Done that also. And does not solve the browser issue in my laptop
