Mycloud Android 7.0 auto backup, no videos

Hello all,
Trying to configure Moto G5 Plus with Android 7.0 for auto backup over 4g/wifi to an EX4100 Cloud unit.
Setup no problem, device took several hours over wifi to inital sync, but has only transferred Pictures and no videos!!
Videos are showing in google image app, they are in the exact same storage location as the JPGs, but he MY Cloud App doesnt want to know about them…
Any ideas?

It is working 100% on my Sony Xperia 3 running Android 6.0.2, pictures and videos, to the same EX4100.
