I use the official MyCould app on my Samsung S7 for automatic backup of my photos and videos. However, if I open the mobile app and use the pre-defined filters (photos, videos, music) then not all relevant files are showing up. only very few files. Only if I choose the ‘all files’ option, I will see all my files. Any suggetions?
