Recently my family members have started complaining that the WD My Cloud app (version 4.16.0) is using as much space as the photos–a bit of an exaggeration, but one is a teenager. The phones are all updated to IOS 14.7.1 and the latest version of the app. The My Cloud device is a My Cloud Mirror Gen2 (6Tb) running 5 OS, fully updated firmware.
My phone shows app size is 131.5 MB with 2 MB of documents and data.
Wife’s shows app size is 133.3 MB with 2.27 GB of documents and data.
Daughter’s shows app size is 135.5 MB with 4.27 GB of documents and data.
Earlier posts talk about purging the cache. I can’t find any cache in the current edition.
