MyCloud 5 Auto Backup create folder but don't upload photos

I have a Samsung A7 and installed the MyCloud App to sync photos and videos from my Android mobile.

The App connects to mycloud and I can see shared items, then I enabled the automatic backup and choose folders I want to sync.

However it only creates the folder but do not upload any file.

Could anyone help, please?

Have you been able to manually add a photo or video from your Samsung A7 to the folder on the My Cloud device in the auto-backup folder that was created? If YES or NO, please contact support with your mobile app and my cloud system logs.
