MyCloud 2T won't connect to time machine os Sierra

When i go through the process to connect and put in my info and password for the drive it just blinks and starts process over again. Please any help Thank you

I’m going to guess you mean Dashboard. In which case, I’d close the current browser tab, and start a clean one; you could be seeing a cached login page, rather than the real thing.

If that doesn’t work, you can reset the password by doing a 4-second reset. This leaves the administrator user name unchanged.

If the doesn’t work, a 40-second reset whilst applying power will revert the administrator account name to ‘admin’, and clear the password.
