Im in need of some help. I have owned a 1tb MyBookWorld (white light) HDD for 5 months and was connected to my virgin media broadband. I then moved onto SKY and connected to the router ans again, spot on. I have now moved into a new home and got Virgin in again and have 50mb broadband with the new super router.
I connected the MyBookWorld to the router and powered on and the lights comes on but stays with only a small part on the bottom lit. Sometimes, the top part also lights up but i hear no noise from the hard drive spinning up. When i remove the power and pit it back in, i get a very small short hard drive spin but i cant get it to pick up on any PC or laptop.
I remember the lights used to be very animated but nothing.
Any help would be appreciated
