MyBookWorld light shows activity in the middle of the night

The white light on MyBookWorld has been showing activity in the middle of the night when all the connected devices are turned off, so assume it can’t be an automatic back-up at an obscure hour.   How do I tell what is going on?

Hi there, anything could be happening from random reads to plain network traffic. If the light is an issue then turning off the MBW at night will do.
