There is a common mention of Knowledge Base Answer 8644 but the link has gone away and searches yield nothing useful.

Can someone point me at this info and other suggestions

I realize that it is probably time to upgrade to a new unit. The A drive reports an error every couple of weeks or so. It comes back quickly after a power cycle
