After I install MBL, my notebook running Window7 64bit, became unresponsive and take forever to shutdown. I need to use the power switch to force shut down. I dont have problem on my other PC (window XP). Any advice?
Uninstall smartware.
I hv uninstalled smartware. but still cannot shutdown…
Only when I power-off my MBL, everything back to normal.
