Trying to use a five year old WD cloud drive. Have it connected to a Uverse router. Haven’t connected to this in a few years. Have no idea how to access it. I have the username and password I used years ago to set it up. But I’m lost in the support to find a way to access the drive in the cloud or even locally. Do I need to install software on my mac? Do I need to run some WD utility?
