MyBookLive update firmware problem

Hello!
I have MyBookLive 2TB
Version : MyBookLive 01.05.07 : MioNet 4.3.1.12

When I try to update the firmware I get an error:

  • Communication error: Please see Knowledge Base article 5657

The network is stable. What should I do?
